This is the latest IRS Scam calling you. Don't give them any information at all. Ignore them or have some fun and call them back - at least if they are talking to you they cannot be scamming some elderly person or something.
They are a total scam. They told me to be home for the next hour cause the sheriff would be coming by to arrest me.

This is the latest IRS Scam calling you. Don't give them any information at all. Ignore them or have some fun and call them back - at least if they are talking to you they cannot be scamming some elderly person or something.
They are a total scam. They told me to be home for the next hour cause the sheriff would be coming by to arrest me.
They have called me 6 times, each time saying the sheriff will be arresting me within 45 minutes. This has occurred over the last 2 months and I am still waiting for my arrest warrant. Once I called back and when I asked to speak to someone who spoke better English they hung up on me, yet since that call back I have been called twice more.

RULE #1: DON'T CALL THESE THUGS BACK. They will either put you on a sucker list or a retribution list, and you will receive many more calls, not only from them, but from other thugs and scammers.
RULE #2: The IRS doesn't contact you the way you describe here. They send you letters. And they don't threaten to arrest you in 45 minutes, most especially not by someone in local law enforcement.
RULE #3: The IRS doesn't use foreigners with cheap magicJacks to call and threaten you or to ask for Green Dot card numbers. Only foreign extortionists do that.
