This joker calls up from a place called "Payment Partners" and he wants to speak to the owner. When I ask what it's about he says it is about saving money on credit card processing fees. I ask my manager and she does not want to talk to him. I politely tell him that we thank him for the call but do not have any interest in pursuing what he is offering. He then asks to speak to the owner again and that is when I proceeded to tell him that I am simply passing on the owner's wishes... and he gets the hint and hangs up on me. How rude.
