I see that the name has changed since April to protect the company that is NOT innocent. I thought the National Call List blocked these types of calls and scam artists that prey on people to become nervous and give out information that should never be given over the telephone.
Per the US Treasury Department in DC they will NEVER make any calls to any individuals ever........This is a scam....the IRS is in Manhatten......I just reported these individuals with phone number....
I received the same phone call left on my voice mail today from a person naming himself David Adam (Haddam?) saying he was with the Dept. of Legal Affairs of U.S. Treasury. He had a very heavy foreign accent. Stating that there was a Law Enforcement Action and to call him at (718)-551-9479 or have my Attorney call him back. Can end up into legal mess for me. Naturally I checked the number here online to see that this was a spam call. Just wanted others who receive this message that this is a scam.

Got a call from this number, didn't pick up the call so went to voice mail. A very difficult to understand message with some calling himself as James from Department of Legal affairs ( is that for real) asking me to call him back else I will be in a legal mess and also to have an attorney or some thing to that effect. Signed of by saying have a blessed day. The guy spoke in very accented English, sounded Middle eastern. What a joke, what a nerve to call some one and threaten with some legal action. Screw James whatever his real name is
