Even though there are probably many legitimate buyers who use this service, it is IMPOSSIBLE for a seller to know who is legitimate and who is not.
Here is the main problem; ANY TIME you are shipping a product to anything other than the credit card billing address, you run the risk of losing your money. All it takes is for the cardholder to say "I didn't buy that" and if it cannot be proven that it was delivered to the BILLING ADDRESS, you will have no recourse as a seller. That's the bottom line.

So yes, sellers do need to be very careful when shipping to this company. Perhaps you need to be asking buyers to fax you a copy of their billing statement as proof that they are the cardholder.

Aramex as freight company is widely used in Middle East by expats (including me, originally from Europe).
Cancelling all orders without even checking the end user or blocking IP of freight provider is not wise decision, as you are losing number of potential reliable customers.
I will be probably glad to have my order canceled by someone, who cancels my order because I used Aramex or DHL or UPS, or whichever is not your prefered freight company.

Just received an order as well with this phone number in Springfield Gardens, NY. We have been hit with a lot of fraud orders as of late and have been very sensitive to orders that pique our intereste as far as their fraud score. Right now, if an order seems at all fishy we are immediately refunding them rather than dealing with shipping the item and a charge back. Like someone else said, it's near impossible for the seller to know which orders are real and which are frauds and if the billing address and IP address are sketchy or don't match what's on the credit card and is the address we ship to, we get stuck minus the product and the money. It's terrible that I'm sure we've refunded quite a few legitimate orders in the past two weeks, but one mad apple......

ARAMEX Shop&Ship is a 3PL service (Third Party Logistics) company. For us expats here in the Middle East who find it hard ordering items in other countries this is the service we use. There some US, Europe or Asian sites that does not ship items to middle east and so Aramex provides this service. Aramex gives us three addresses: 1 for US, 1 for UK and 1 for China. All of us members have almost the same addresses, the difference is only the name and the first line of address code (ex. DHA 5360 - just like the one from above) I think DHA is for Dhammam, Saudi Arabia, KWI is for Kuwait, AUH - Abu Dhabi, UAE (just like mine) etc.
I had no problem on my purchase in eBay. After paying thru paypal, item was shipped to my "New York" address, (which is actually an ARAMEX warehouse in NY) then, ARAMEX staff will forwarded that item to my UAE address.

All the reviews that claim this company is not a fraud and it's good to use are coming from the people themselves who are apart of the scam team.

I received an order but I was way to skeptical before I went ahead,I googled the address, number and the name seems to suspicious. This is exactly what I came into contact with to learn these guys are just con-artists!

I dont care what business they do,I'm never selling them anything.
