Scam number. I called it back from a blocked number. After hearing a looped recording that said "Please hold while we connect you to the other line" I finally was connected to someone who said nothing. I realized someone was on the other line being quiet when I heard a slight clicking sound. I then said "Are you going to say something or just stay silent?" Still no answer, just for fun I pretended to be talking to someone else and saud "Okay, start tracing the call." Immediately after saying that the line was disconnected....
This is a collection agency for optimum cable company. I asked them to send me a bill, and never received on, so i went into a local store, and was told i do not have any balances with them. This is allegedly 4/5 years old but when i ask them to send me something they either say they have made several attempts, or they just out right say no they won't do that but i need to pay immediately.
they call me asking for my personal information without indentifying thenself and after i told then why i need to knows was calling me the lady that was on the phone told me who was but i couldnt undestand because she did it fast so i asked again she got mad and hung up the phone with was not professional way .
