This Austin Jones person called and left me a message.. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't call it back.. the next day he called and left a horrible message.. I called to see what it was about .. he said the SBI was watching my home, I was going to be charged with fraud and a whole bunch of stuff.. I said send me a certified copy of this debt. He refused, said no, I will only deal with your lawyer.. I told HIM by law I have the right to recieve a certified copy and by law he had to send it. He said no, threated me with jail and loosing my kids.. that they would take me to court and I would go to jail or I could settle it for 600 dollars.. I said " See you in court, by the I know this is a fraud attempt" and hung up. Havent heard from him since.

I just posted what I did.. tell him you have the right to have a certified copy of the debt sent to you. tell him you will be representing yourself in court and by law he has to send you copies of his information. then mention you know that it is a scam.. and hang up.. he will not bother you after that..least he hasn't me
I have been getting these calls too for the past 2 days. The man has an Indian accent and speaks broken english but is saying I am in trouble and to call him back. I have not called back, but am a bit nervous after seeing everything on this site when I googled the number...
Don't call him back. He is a fraud. Somehow he got a hold of my friends number at work and has been telling her that she needs to relay a message to me and have me call him back. I did and told him he was a fraud and to stop calling me. He called back and left me a volguar message. If he calls again just don't answer him. Eventually he will get tired and not call you back.
