Received and did not answer call, from this number, on 7/27/14, at 4:54PM EDT.  CID was Out of Area.  Never answer calls, I don't recognize.  I'm on DNC and I refuse to pay for call blockers; it doesn't annoy me that much.  I'll buy one, when it becomes annoying.
