SCAM... These people call and pretend to be special agents of the Food and Drug Administration. They tell me that I ordered medication over the internet and I have violated the law and they request I pay a fine of $1,500.00. I know it is a SCAM and these people are FAKE... I have never ordered anything over the internet and I believe my ex-wife probably gave them my telephone number. I have turned them into the real FDA and the DEA and I was told by Agent Rosenthal, that they already are aware of these twirps and thay are investigating them now. When you call the telephone number there is an outgoing message that says "Thank you for calling the DEA".. What a joke... They wanted me to wire them money to the Dominican Republic. They always use different names if you can get them on the telephone and they have told me that they are a special department of the FDA.

I got a call today from this number saying that I had ordered a large amount of narcotics from some pharmacy I never heard of, pretended to be talking on a radio to a dispatcher to send agents to my house to arrest me. I just hung up the phone, this is definatley some kind of scam the number was from 718-577-2940
And if they were smart - they would know that they FDA DOES NOT get involved with such matters but it is the DEA!!! these people are slick because they call from a slew of different numbers!!!
The best is one time they called and tried to get me to purchase medication and then about a month later they called from the SAME exact number and said they were 'special agents' - SPECIAL MY [***] - they are going to need special help once they are caught...
sad part of it all is that some people probably get SO afraid they fall for it!!!
