This number IS being spoofed and it's most likely a debt collector, called the number back and a generic response comes on the line, "our system is inundated with calls please call back" Now, my research indicates that the number belongs to verizon business offices in NYC BUT if this verizon then why don't they answer the call with a business greeting?
If it's a serious matter then whom ever is calling should PUT IT IN WRITING and STOP WASTING MY TIME!
