They are supposedly from a company claiming that there is a legal case against you. They are a scam and fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!! Report them to the federal trade commission. I have never borrowed from a payday loan company and I pay all my bills on time and have no collections. They claim if you don't pay them that they will come arrest you. They are scumbags who don't have a life. The guy who calls has a heavy accent from supposedly is named John or some american name.
I received a call from an Indian or pakistan MAN name BETTY WHITE lol scamming saying you have a fraud/lawsuit blah blah blah and DOROTHY and BLANCHE will come and arrest you hahahahahahaha these low life maggots need to get real job he can go stick some curry up his A**!
