Broken English name is Emma Green or Gray. Said she was calling from federal reserve grants dept. To give us $6, 700 for never having had any late taxes. She was calling from N Y and needed a tc # that another lady had already phoned and have us. My wife started asking questions and she got upset and said if we were sceptical then just forget it and hung up. Wife called back she hung up again after wife asked for a supervisor. Because we were sceptical. Super scam gone wrong for missy Emma. I wonder how many she had scammed?
