Who called from 7186437733

I received a call from this number.  When I answered, there was a delay, indicating to me I was on an answering queue.  I will hang up when I sense that.  So I called back from a different number and it was a fax machine... at least it was a fax tone.  I dont think it's anyone I know.  This number is from NY as indicated above.  I'm in CA.

Received two calls from this number today, no message left

called both cell and land line no msg. called back and got fax machine!
never been to nyc. caller id says court.
