Automated calls for specific name, press 1, or stay on line to speak with a person.  Hit my corporate phone bill as being from a pay phone.  That's the rub, pay 55 cents plus the 3 cents to my toll-free.  Calls in March 2010 were from 4 different numbers in Queens.
