When asked where he got my number, because I'm on the do not call list, he said the phone directory. I asked to speak to his boss or supervisor, and said they are told they can't do that. Got out of him that they are giving out information on solar panels...they aren't selling anything (yea, right) and he could offer me info if my electric bill was more than $100 a month. When asked where he is located, he said "Upstate New York"...business name is Home Store Express.
Like Homeowner said he couldn't speak English well, and you could hear the chatter of the rest of the cold callers in the room. Next stop..the FCC website to file a complaint!
