Received a call from 718-676-2818, at 7:28 PM, on Monday, 3/26/12. Realizing I didn't recognize the information on my telephone, stating "A Group" at the above telephone number, I didn't answer the call, nor was there a message left on my answering machine. I am on the "DO NOT CALL" list, just renewed this service. Your assistance in finding out whom this caller is and what business they have in calling my number and hope that this caller will not be able to call my number again. Most grateful for your response and attention in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Call from this number (718-676-2818) rang just after 6 p.m. to-day Fri Jul 6, 2012. It was an aggressive male soliciting money for the NY Police. I refused. I told him to mail his request to me. He didn't like that. He cut in with some explaination of why the money was needed. He thought he'd convince me to his plot. I resisted. During the short episode, he talked like a dictator. He controlled the unwanted and annoying call. He never gave me time to respond to his personal claim. It was a shouting match before he wished me a phony God bless...before hanging up!
