Who called from 7186764336

A man said hello 2 times in a suggestive tone and hung up after.

I received two calls from this number this morning. Nobody answered when I picked up, only electronic line "click" sounds. The caller ID reads "Help Group".

no message lefy.  hung up.  Called back.  they did not pick up

I got an unwanted call from this number.   The caller would not identify himself.
Reverse phone lookup showed this number is registered to
Savanna Mckenvie
8916 Flatlands Avenue
Brooklyn, NY  11236.

Calling back there was no answer, after a dozen rings trying from two different phone lines.
Using *69, hitting the 1 to call back results in an instant 'circuit busy' signal.  So it could be some prick with an alias and a friend at the phone company.
