Who called from 7186849089

My sister Laurie got three calls from this number out of 58 crank calls since April of this year.  They didn't leave a message.

When you call the number back, it won't ring but an automated answer will promptly say, "If you do not want to be included in the callers list, press 2". Definitely scammers! WTH do they get from this?

This person has been calling me and my son offering programs on education we do not understand.

I receive 2 to 3 calls a day from this number.

I received this call three times a day! Morning, noon and afternoon. How to stop this number from calling me?
