Woman with an accent stating she is from the IRS Investigative Branch and I need to call them back within the next couple of hours or else a warrant will be issued for my arrest. They called and left the same message yesterday but added that a warrant WAS issued. The tactics they're using nowadays is just ridiculous.

I just got a similar phone call 10 minutes ago from a woman with accent and was threatening me that I will be arrested in 30min if I won't let her branch to give me my "case information". How this works is really supprising.
Woman with accent started with she was calling FROM IRS traced a document mailed to my current address on xx/xx/xx about my defendant situation under homeland security, which is obviously odd. She further stated that if I denied the information she will be offering I will be arrested in 30 min. A hang-up terminated her cons so I did not get a chance to know her tricks.
