I've complained to the BBB about them twice and it has done nothing.  They must be stopped.  Is a lawsuit an option?

The took from me 4 postdated checks for $ 225. each promising me a ton of referrals which have not come in 6 months.
Unfortunately I got screwed and lost almost $ 1000 dollars of our hard earned money.
Please indicate if there is any website or service to keep on posting the truth on the Jewish Yellow Pages.
