you can afford airfare to India. That is where these IRS Agent Impersonators are located. BTW, they only accept Western Union or things like Green Dot MoneyPak cards so there won't be any PO Box number.
I got the very same message today. I tried to call back, but could not get through either. I wanted to play the "game" with him as I AM AN ATTORNEY!!! Can't wait to speak with him to tell him that I have reported him to the IRS and the FBI, which will probably not stop him. The thick accent indicates he is not in this country, probably India as someone else mentioned. This guy will need a good lawyer if I catch him in this country!!!
