I receive calls from this number on an hourly basis. Especially in the mornings. When I do answer there is dead silence then they Hang up! Very annoying to say the least. I do not want this company contacting me ever!!
My phone number has been registered at the National Do Not Call Registry since February of 2012, yet I still get calls from this number. I somehow just recently got on their list and now they are calling twice per day. I secretly suspect MetroPCS for some kind of underhanded number selling because I don't receive calls directly on my cell phone but they get forwarded from a different number on Google Voice.

You complaint will likely be thrown out as invalid. There is nothing in this thread that indicates the caller is selling goods or services by phone. Therefore, they are not required to avoid numbers on the Do Not Call list and in fact, do not even have access to numbers on the list since they cannot register for access. In order to gain access to that list, a telemarketer must register as a company selling goods or services to those called either for themselves or for clients. If they are not selling anything, even indirectly, they cannot register. Some companies attempt to skirt the law by using a fake survey or "free" gift but if it leads to a sales pitch at some point, they are required to register and not call numbers on the list. Everything posted about this company plus information on their website leads me to believe they are not required to register for access to the DNC list and use it. However, they are required to maintain their own internal DNC list and place numbers on it when requested.
Got a call from this number today. I did not answer, was on my cell number, and did not know the number. However, I check with this site every time I get a number come up like this. Also, on my cell phone, any numbers like this that like to keep calling back, I save, for a name I enter "DO NOT ANSWER" that way when it comes up again, I know. Hope that helps someone. Good Luck!
Although I used my Panasonic phone to block their number, they keep trying, but my phone keeps blocking them - the first call was a message asking me to call them back so that they could mail me a survey, which, when completed, would result in them sending me $30.00.
