Who called from 7187430001

Received  a call claiming to be Microsoft.  Verizon is the phone company.

Caller repeatedly said hello, hello on machine, when I picked up he said "Do you think I am dumb you white American rat."

called at 718 am Pacific time .Answered right away to keep from waking family up and no one there
These people are SICK.

I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their list. They are trying to convince me that my computer has a virus and if I will just log on, they can show it to me!

These are crooks from a foreign country who have no laws and even if they did they wouldn't care about them.  So why would you think they would honor your wishes?  Simply stop answering.  Block the number and let peace now reign once again in your home.
