Who called from 7187510214

I received no call but got a whatsapp message of:
Congratulation
Your phone number has been selected and you have now won one of the following prize. Now your win code is 65450. This number also included to call them within 24 hours and that I must dial this number 006836837 to confirm my prize! I don't really know if this is really true or just a scam but to be safe I reported them to you! This number says in the whatsapp message Euros or Pounds not sure! Please see to it that they do not call or send an sms to me!
A few days ago my uncle received the same message but ignored it, so did my friend today! They want our participation but won't give in cause these days it's too dangerous to even believe such faulty messages or even the calls! The company has did not give its name or any other details except the numbers mentioned above!

I forgot to mention I am all the way from Namibia!

Its a hoax. I too received the same sms with the exact same win code. its been send to many, don't even bother. I'm Namibian too.

I recieved a message from this number on wattsap this afternoon.
I didn't respond to it. It holds no water.
