This number keeps calling me and does not leave any message - i tried returning the call a few times - but keep getting a busy signal - i do not know this person and need them to stop calling me - especially when i'm at work - very annoying...
very poor English-- almost impossible to understand. Not an accent, just incredibly sloppy diction--perhaps the worst I've ever heard. I had to ask her to speak very slowly. She told me that she called to say that this was to lower my Con Edison rates by 10%.
