This person did not address as to who or what Bank They represent. They just stated that they wanted to help lower my interest rate. And that I should press1 for lowering it or 2. It was a female who did the marketing.
Called our DNC registered landline on 11/22/2014 @ 02:33 PM from Queens, NY. Caller ID shows Lower Interest. We don't answer callers we don't know. This is probably another Card Services call from Rachel, Bridget, Carmen etal. There's a new number every day.
I have Blacklisted this number. If this number calls again it will be registered to Caller ID history, but the phone will never ring.
