It is a scam. You won't be approved and you will be required to give them an upfront fee to get the supposive loan. They will string you along, saying they need more upfront fees and you never get a loan or your fees back.
SO NOT RESPOND TO THE MESSAGES. Responding only validates your number on their end, making it more valuable to sell to other scammers.  
Just report it to your phone carrier and add web-based text message blocking to your service plan if it is offered.

Enom hosts them and I am currently contacting them to get this [***] stopped. I have been recieving 20 texts a day from them. I have continually asked to unsubscribe but it does no good.
