Got call but no message. One more in a recently increasing number of these no-ID, no message calls I've had lately. We don't use Verizon, so problem may be more widespread.
Just got a call saying "this is Stephanie from account services calling about your current credit card account. There is no problem at this but press 1 to discuss lowering your interest rate" Completely recorded. At 9am.
Looked up the number listing and says it is Ferris Realty out of Woodhaven NY but the caller said "this is Stephanie from account services calling about your current credit card account. There is no problem at this but press 1 to discuss lowering your interest rate"
Got same thing as above. Crazy thing is I don't even own a credit card. Total scam. I never pressed any numbers, just hung up. You never know if pressing any of those numbers will activate something like a virus into your phone so they can access info off of it.
