I got called about 2weeks ago from that number. He asked about credit cards. I told him I just got out of high school and havent started working yet, and I dont have any credit cards. Not even one. Then he said 'you must be black right?' I was so shocked!! I stood there for a second and finally said "yes". So he comes back with "Is there anybody white there? You know, someone that might be working?' I just hung on him. After seeing your stories im glad thats all that happend. I know this had to b the same guy, cause nobody else has ever been that rude!
I asked this guy (who called for credit card consolidation) to please do not call anymore. He used fowl language and promised to blow up my phone with calls. He held true on his word. My phone starts ringing in the morning and keeps going all day. He has sabatoged my phone #.
I received a similar phone call from the guy, when i said no he threatened me and said i would be getting 50 phone calls a day. my phone hasn't stopped ringing since and i'm receiving phone calls and junk mail from several debt consolidation companies. i've contact the NYC police departement and my local police departement and am in the process of filing several criminal charges against the guy. I've filed 4 counts of Identity Theft with my local police departement. The are currently investigating. I'm on my way down to the court house right now to file a civil lawsuite against the guy. I have his current address and will personally fly to NY and serve him.
