All State calls multiple times throughout the day, everyday.  I addressed them by number on my voicemail to leave a message then instructed them to stop calling me when they finally did.  Used to leave hang-up messages or what sounded like they were attempting a three-way call or made it sound like I'd called them and gotten their voicemail.
