Just got a call from this one. There was a message left about lowering credit card interest rates. No live person to speak to, of course. The called ID said "Kinnion Paris" but an internet search traces this number to a Leo Baez. This looks very much like a spoofed number with the ever-popular "lower your credit card interest rate" scam attached to it.
