I am also being harrassed by Alex Stevens who can hardly speak English but says he is a government representative which is untrue. I have contacted Consumer Protection Agency regarding this person.
I keep getting harrassed by a man who calls himself "Alex Stevens" and this is the number displayed. He has a heavy foreign accent and claims to be a federal officer. He claims I took out a loan, but refuses to give me proper information. I have repeatedly told him that if I owe anyone money that I will gladly pay it if I can confirm it. He is very rude and says "you think I work for you? It is your repsonsibility to get any information." I have contacted the BBB and was told that if I owed money they had to contact me in writing. I told him this and he told me that I was giving him the run around. He has called a friend of mine and my uncle again claiming to be a federal officer and states "tell her to call me or she will be in big trouble". Any advice?

I've been getting the same calls as sonographer1963 and Louann Smith. Same guy, Alex Stevens, same story. What do I do? Its annoying and he started calling people I know. I never got a loan from anyone, and just as you guys mentioned, if I did, I would gladly pay it. He has not be able to provide me with truthful information, yet knows my home address and other bank information about me.
