A looping message saying "call the job line", there are jobs at the post office and city right now.

I got a message from them saying to call their 976 number for information on jobs in New York. Funny thing is... I live in Illinois. They've called and left messages about 5 times now. I picked up the phone for the first time today, and got their automated message.
