I didn't answer the call because I do not know anyone from that area code. This call was on my cell phone and only my children have that number. Also, they would never give out my cell phone number.
We had this number on our caller ID so I returned the call. The lady answering has a harsh accent and is difficult to understand, but I was able to determine that they're a debt collector.
