Same as above. Caller John David. I told him that I would call him back . I have no intention of doing so. He gave me this number to call back on, but actually called in on a 917 number.
These jack----- have got to be stopped.
They call in cycles. It has been a couple of months.
These idiots are back at it......claiming that I am being investigated blah blah blah....I don't even answer them anymore....and when I do, I speak another language......makes my day to hear him get frustrated as I speak to him in Chinese! LOL!!
This number started calling me today, and when I initially answered there was no one on the other end, so just to make sure it was not someone trying to get in touch with me I called the number back, and a gentleman with a strong indian accent so I hung up (because I have gotten numerous threatening harrassing calls from individuals claiming I owe them money and they are suing me, all with strong accents and normal american names) The number called me back again, and I answered just to see if it would be the same as before and as I suspected there was dead silence on the other line. The number called a third time, this time irritated I answered again, I was in the process of blocking the number when it called. This time though there was a man on the other end with strong accent claiming his name is Jack Gates (which conveniently enough if you call the work number I provided on my payday loans it goes to a guy I used to work with office by the name of Jack Gates) This Mr. Gates told me he was a paralegal for an officer and his officer wanted to speak with me concering a legal matter, his officers name was Logan (I didn't catch the last name) I told this guy that I was not speaking to anyone, that they would have to contact my attorney, and I would countersue or sue if they continued to call and harrass me then hung up.

just got a call from this number and when i called them back i let them have it! i told them i knew who they were and who they say they are-they are not!! i told him he was nothing but a scammer and had to be put down. sick of these [***]....!
Well these people are at it again! Every time I get a call from these people I tell them that they must be incredibly stupid because every time they call I have the number in my cell and I turn it over to the F. B. I. I was even told that I was being stupid by one of these people today! He told me that "I could get myself into some serious trouble and would go to prison if I didn't pay them! They claimed to be from "The Federal Bureau of Collections" I looked and there is no such office in the U.S. government. Watch out for these people!
