Who called from 7188966500

Same thing happened to me. As soon as I picked up the phone they hung up.

Called twice.  Call lasts 2 seconds and then disconnects.

I just called the number back and it said FIDELIS?

Called my cell and left a message. Woman with a strong foreign accent says she was from fidelis and was asking for someone but I couldn't make out the name. When I called back I got the same woman's voicemail. Don't know if it was a wrong number or not.

This number keeps calling and then hangs up
