Who called from 7189172991

DID NOT ANSWER DID NOT LEAVE MESSAGE BLOCKED NUMBER

This number has been calling daily, more than once a day for over a week. It also shows up on my phone with a 0 on the end. I called it back and it said "att could not place this international call at this time". I have placed it in the auto reject file.

Also with added 0 on caller id.  When I answered and said Hello several times, a spooky auto voice said Goodbye.  They have called back once more today, I didn't and won't answer.

This must be a spoofed number. When I redialed it, I got a "number is not in service" message.

Also saw the number with a '0' on the end.
Block, block, block.
