Called again a couple hours later. Again no message. Now blocked.

Did you find out who that number belongs to? They call me 10 times in a day and leave no message. (718-924-2220)

The number comes up Con Edison. I called back was told Not Con Edison. Calling to see if I got my discount from Con Edison. I told them I will call Con Edison to find out what he is talking about & I hung up before he could speak. He kept saying we I asked who is we oh we are a company working for Con Ed ok I will call them. I hung up
