This number keeps callilng, and today left a message on my phone whiel we were out. "Heh, heh heh, these people are pathetic" They apparently have the wrong number and they seem to enjoy harrassing people. I'm going to block them from my phone if I can.
They call ask for someone that doesn't live at this phone number you ask them not to call & take your phone number off their calling list ...then 2 days later they call back asking for you then procede to tell you they need some info from you to send you a preapproved credit card for 35000 but they need your birthday & social & some more info...I told them not interested in credit cards we don't want them & please take my phone number off there calling list the jerk hung up on me....
Caller ID was (718) 924-2654. They left message to call (877) 646-2819 x 403. Message said it was Tom Doodie and to call him back and said sternly "this is a legal issue". So I called. Gave me big spiel about repairing credit and I was a candidate as my credit rating was falling rapidly. How would they know that. (actually on my own I have been raising my credit score). He did not have the spelling of my name. Told them I wasn't interested but I am now convinced that they were phishing for more info. Said he represented an attorney named Stark from Pennsylvania and he was calling from New York.
