Robomessage saying there was a lawsuit filed in my name, and that I should call before they file suit in county court.

Same as above. Robocall stating a lawsuit has been filed in my name.

Ditto.  I live in Texas.

They called 5 times. I decided to call them back. He was an indian accent with a ton of people in the background. I said this is a spam and I will file a complain. He told me to suck his plank, and he admits he was trying to scam me. Be careful he is probably from ISIS.

Oh Boy this guy calls one more time and I"m going to freak!
