Been getting a few calls from these NYC phone numbers that don't leave messages. The other two I found were T-mobile I am guessing this one is as well. I am not sure but they call around the same time so I would assume this is them.
36min later same routine. But this time they stayed I the lounge long enough to leave back ground noise my voice mail. Lots of people in the background, most likely a call center.
