Looking to sublet apartment...and gave a lot more personal information than requested/needed, but would answer direct questions that were important to the sublet. Very odd.
I recently put up an add for a sublet and was contacted by "jessica" Saying she was from Zurich and gave me a lot of information I did not ask for. She never answered whether or not the dates worked for her but kept saying she needed my information so she could forward it to her boss who would be making the payments. Then told me she'd keep me posted once the "payment was in transit" but I never gave her any sort of payment information or Sublet info. And then told me to take my posting down
Yeah the douche seems to be really active on Craigslist right now. I was able to track the moron to Mountain View, California. If they scammed you out of any money I can give you any information about the scammer you need. I got their info.
If anyone got sent a bogus check by this scammer PLEASE CONTACT ME! I want to know all the information about it. I have their address and some other sens info, but the fraudulent check would be excellent evidence as well! Any info the scammer revealed via text would help too. Just post it here. Thanks!
This person also found me on craigslist. Also going by Jessica. They just wrote today saying they are looking for a short lease to Dec. starting August 23rd, 2017. They would not pick up my calls and said to please text bc they are hard of hearing.
