Yes its a scam and received call at my place of employment and supervisor cursed them out, DEFINITELY a scam and phone call was recorded after being told. Serious echo on their end and address is not in NYC. Call was being ported through a cell tower in NYC.
Sent complaint again to FBI- Which probably wont be followed up and be careful with these a##holes. they're phishing your credit reports as well.So what so good about this not a damn thing and no one does squat.
I receive multiple phone calls today they informed me that I had a lot of money to be put into a checking account of mine from Cash Advance America and that I had also stolen and written fraudulent check to multiple online businesses and then didn't pay the money back they threatened me repeatedly to pay them close to 1300 dollars not only did they do that I felt it was a scam until they called me back and the number Ashley came up as my local sheriff's department they called twice put me on three way conference with somebody and had me believing this I told him okay fine if I owe the money send me the documents let me review them and I will wire you the money he got very angry and said no you are not wire me the money after you get a prepaid debit card call me back and pay me then I will stop the warrant and I will send you the documents and you can view them they proceeded to have an officer to call me back with
they are answering the phone is the Department of Justice and I called back they do answer the phone there impersonating officers in the Dept of Federal Bureau of Investigations threatened to put me in jail accuse me of fraud Dylan Check except in a personal loan from Cash America in advance also of writing bad checks online
This p.o.s called stating the same business And i called several times back to annoy them. And get as much information but they only said that i was gonna be detained. Ok sure I'll welcome them as long as there is sufficient evidence on these charges...
Same thing here!! CASH AMERICA? FIRST CASH LOANS? HAAH I HAVE NEVER ASKED THESE PEOPLE FOR A STUPID LOAN!! I got several calls from these places and strick denied the money... I told them to take me off from their list and stop calling if not I was gonna find a way to sue them for harassing me.. then after so much they desisted but now I'm getting this p.o.s Patel or Habib (towel wearing dumbass) stating that I'm gonna get arrested W.T.H!!
He left a msg on my phone basically saying the same thing. Does he think we are stupid enough not think if if the fed wanted us they would get us. And not by phone or msg. I know better. I'm not foreign to our country's policies But I k ow there some out that that are. People hang up on him. You can clearly hear his accent
