Called several times very rudely asked for the owner of the business. When asked to introduce himself, just shortly gave his first name. All times I had to give him a negative answer, because the owner wasn't available, and hang up on him - obviously he wasn't a customer: My call back was forwarded to a voice mail which simply stated that the extension was not available.
