Got a call from this number today, & no message was left either

This is a company that sends college info.  They get your number when you register for things online.

718-989-9364 they call me every day now.  i posted their phone number on online, and warn you it is a spam, call 911 or FBI

called this number back.. got a dial tone... so obviously its spam.. thanls everyone. Also I have an app from the android market, caller mr. Number its free. There's a lot of settings. I use the one where if they're not in my contacts it answers and hungs up. That one no one can leave a message. Works every single time. :-)
