Got a call from (720) 000-0000 at 11:09pm, lasted 40 seconds. This girl screamed into the phone for a "Nancy" or a "Cousin", I couldn't make out what she needed or who she was looking for, she screamed saying she needed help, asking her who she was looking for she immediately calmed down and I told her she had the wrong number, whispering to her friend "It's a wrong number" followed by a few giggles they then hung up. Not a professional number, not a scam, just utterly annoying.
This is a phone screening technique. Ive received a call from this number numerous times. As stated above anyone can use this program to block their call. It is common for government agencies to use, but with today's technology anyone can use it. I suggest ignoring this number. If it is important they will leave a message.
just got a call saying he was a detective & was trying to locate a person in a crime & ask me if my husband was deceased & did he ever live in fl. I reported this to the police!!!!!!!
