Who called from 7202790471

This no keeps apearing on my caller Id. They leave no message.   The one time I answered they hung up.  When calling it back it is a busy signal.

This company, referred to as ARS, which is HQ in Escondido, CA, uses internet protocol with local phone numbers, assuming most anyone will pick it up and answer the phone. They are a THIRD Party Collection Company, attempting "to collect a debt." It may or may not be yours. By deception, they use the local area codes to hide their true identity.  As a Third Party, they are governed by the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT, and must identify who they are, what they are calling about, and who they want to speak to.  Many times, they do this in advance of any written communications. You can request them not to call you again. Violations for continuing to call, could amount to $1000 per incident. Suggest that you so inform them, file the complaint with the FTC, and contact the Company they are attempting to collect.  You may also contact you local telephone provider and have their calls blocked.  ARS = Associated Recovery Systems.

I just got a call from there. I do not owe anyone any money. I keep getting collection phone calls for the previous owner of this phone number.
