Calls but when you call back it comes back not inservice

This number keeps calling me almost everyday. When I answer no one is there and when I call back it says out of service.

I can tell you it isn't a debt collector because I am a teenager and don't have any debt.

Its been calling me ever since I filled out a survey thing on a dam ad that popped up on a game I was playing on my phone.

i HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS EVERY DAY, SOMETIMES 3 TIMES A DAY. hOW CAN i MAKE IT STOP.
