Received a call from this number in regards to dropping my interest rate on my credit cards.  I am on the national Do Not Call Registry for solicitation calls and reported this call as well, but this is a phishing scam to get you to tell them your personal information and has nothing to do with your credit cards.  Don't fall for it.
