Got a call a minute ago 3 hours after my normal business hours.  Didn't answer;  no message was left.  Blocked my number and called back after three minutes.  Weird robo voice said something like "Thanks for calling.  The survey you are calling about is now over.  If you would like to be added to our DNC list press 9."
