Little known fact: If you are living rent free in someone else's home, in the state of Colorado, they're allowed to video tape you without your knowledge because it's their home. A similar ad to the one that's currently up was recently replied to by a woman claiming to be the poster's previous tenant. The previous tenant claimed that the home owner will make you pay him $400 a month to keep him from putting the videos on the internet.
Renters beware.
